Policies

Please read all of the following policies and precautions thuroughly before booking your appointment with Nature's Design Dog Spa

Late/ No Show

Clients arriving to appointments 15 minutes late or later without prior notice, and cancelations without 24 hour notice will be subject to a $20 fee. A $15 fee will incur for every 30 minutes your dog is left in the shop

 past designated pickup time.

Pricing

General pricing is subject to change, and may differ from the price guidlines based on coat condition, pet temperment, and style of haircut

Medical Disclaimer

Occasionally grooming can expose unknown medical conditions or aggrivate current ones. This can happen during or after the grooming process. If a severe medical concern arises, services would cease and the owner would be contacted to discuss the concern.

Accidents

However rare, accidents do happen such as nicks, cuts, quicking of the nail, etc. In the event an accident does occur, you will be notified promptly. If your groomer feels it is serious, and the owner is not on-site, we will seek immediate veterinary care for your pet with the closest vet clinic (Bench Animal Hospital)

Medical Emergency

It is required for service that you sign a release allowing Nature's Design Dog Spa employees to seek immediate medical attention in case of a medical emergency emergency while in our care

Flea and Tick

If we discover your dog has any fleas or ticks, we will contact you to discuss the severity and if service can be provided, which may incur extra cost

Matting

If we discover matting, we may or may not be able to remove it, depending on the severity. We will discuss with pet owners if service can be provided and what costs may incur. If you do not wish for us to perform de-matting service, you may reschedule your appointment after the issue has been resolved

Vaccinations

All dogs must be up to date of vaccines

Photography

Unless you wish to opt out, Nature's Design may use pictures of your dog for this website or business social media.

Satisfaction

If you are unsatisfied with your dog's groom, please contact your groomer within 3 days and we will schedule a touch up/ adjustment without charge.

WE RETAIN THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE AT ANY TIME IF WE DETERMINE THAT OURS OR THE DOGS SAFETY IS BEING PUT AT RISK
